Eisai is a game about first impressions, and how they’re often incorrect. It’s about how the most memorable parts of your life can come from people you wouldn’t usually gravitate to and places you’d never normally visit. It's about a young man learning how to be on his own without being alone.

And it's about how things you'd normally never do can surprise you in ways you never expected. Take your own leap of faith as you guide Shun through the maze of university life adulthood; making unexpected connections, learning more about yourself than you thought possible, and maybe even finding love!

Story:

After reaching a breaking point with his turbulent home life, academically bright young man Shun Takamine takes an uncharacteristic leap of faith - accepting a place at Inou University, via its prestigious honor society program, Eisai.  Leaving everything he knows behind to start anew across the country, Shun hopes to reinvent his quiet, lonely persona - to make friends, have some fun, and forget his old problems.  However, Shun quickly learns that fresh starts require something he’s never been good at – embracing the unfamiliar.

Shotglass Studios was assembled shortly after the release of Katawa Shoujo. A group of fans, Redditors and writers were inspired by Four Leaf Studio's magnificent game and wanted to tell their stories through the medium of visual novels.
